Welcome!
I’m Dr. Rebecca Taylor
Licensed Psychologist
Pittsburgh and Across Pennsylvania
Rebecca Taylor, Psy.D.
I’m interested in what’s bringing you here.
What are you hoping for?
What are you struggling with now?
What stressors and life changes are feeling difficulty or overwhelming?
I would be curious to learn more.
At the heart of my work as a psychologist is relationship.
I believe healing and growth happen most powerfully through connection—with yourself, with others, and in the therapeutic relationship we build together.
From that relational foundation, we can address things like:
Improving relationships with self and others
Navigating breakups, career changes, graduate school, life transitions, or losses
Building self-trust and self-compassion
Managing anxiety, depression, or stress
Identifying, understanding, and figuring out how to handle emotions and difficult physical sensations
Dealing with emotional neglect
Working through body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) like skin picking or hair pulling
Struggling to thrive as a highly sensitive person (HSP)
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you the most and address your concerns.
In this process, you can decide if and what changes you want to make to address your concerns and grow. And you can do it at a pace and in ways that fit you best.
